Dr. Roshon R. Bradley
Dr. Roshon R. Bradley is the current President of Generation Ignite. Dr. Bradley is also a former accomplished school principal and a talented servant leader trainer. Dr. Bradley has been effectively leading in the education relm for nearly 20 years and has been highly effective at leading positive change in low income and low performing schools while managing to bring them up to a level of proficiency status. He has been able to accomplish this by putting in place the necessary measures and metrics essential to leading positive organizational changes in seemingly insurmountable work environments.
As lead trainer for Generation Ignite, Dr. Bradley has traveled around the country and overseas training leaders in the area of servant leadership. He has presented to a wide variety of organizations ranging from school districts up and down the east coast, churches, small and large corporations, colleges and universities, and lastly International NGOs.
Dr. Bradley holds a wide variety of degrees beginning with his Doctoral degree of Education in Executive Leadership, a Masters of Science degree in Educational Administration, a second Masters of Education degree in Counseling Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with the concentration of legal studies. He also minored in African American Studies.
Dr. Bradley has a passion for leadership development. His leadership philosophy comes from one of his mentors Nelson Mandela. Dr. Mandela said that “education is the most powerful tool you can use to change the world.” And Dr. Bradley believes, as a competent leader, it is our responsibility to help lead others so that they, too, can be world changers.
