Establishing trust and connecting with people is a big part of a leader’s job. People won’t follow you unless they trust you, and they won’t trust you unless they know that you care about them and have their best interests in mind. In this workshop, we’ll look at how to build strong relationships based on trust, respect, and compassion. (Hint: Many of the leadership traits from the earlier workshops, like moral integrity and active listening, come back into play!) You’ll learn essential skills for establishing trust and creating an atmosphere where people feel valued, safe, and welcome.
